When you arrive, our team will check your dog in, confirm their info, and get them settled into the group. Drop-off is fast on purpose. Long goodbyes tend to make dogs more anxious, not less, so we keep this part simple and let your pup start exploring right away.
Playtime, Grouped the Right Way
Dogs aren't just tossed into one big free-for-all. We group dogs by size, energy level, and temperament so everyone has a good time and nobody gets overwhelmed. Our team supervises play throughout the day, watching body language, managing group dynamics, and stepping in whenever needed.
Built-In Breaks
Just like people, dogs need downtime. Between play sessions, your pup will get breaks to rest, hydrate, and decompress before heading back out to play. This keeps the day from being overstimulating and helps even the highest-energy dogs settle by the time you pick them up.
